SBS2008 上に VMwareServer2 を入れようとしたら警告が出ました。

Warning 25008. It is recommended that you do not install this product on a Windows domain controller.（以下略）

だそうです。なんか食い合わせでもあるのかなーと調べたのですが、VMware のサイトでは Installing VMware Products on a PDC or BDC でこんな風に書かれてますね。

While VMware products can be installed on a PDC, this is not recommended because the PDC has other functions that are more critical, and the VMware product can utilize a large portion of the system resources.

DC はとっても大事なお仕事をしてるんだから VMware とか乗せていじめないであげてくださいね、って感じでしょうか。
気にせず突っ込んじゃおう。
Linux 好きだったら Linux 先に入れてそこに VMwareServer でその上に SBS 構築でしょうか…
それもそれで結構しんどい気がするなぁ。
